Lure Coursing

Lure Coursing is a sport that has been developed to test a dogs ability to chase an artificial lure (a plastic bag) across a zig zagging course laid out in a field. Whilst originally developed to test the form and function of sighthounds, ANKC lure coursing is open to all breeds and Dawnus has several dogs competing across the country. Dogs competing must be fit as it is a sport that requires a good degree of fitness and drive.
