SprintDogTM

SprintDogTM is a new sport open to all breeds of all sizes over the age of 12 months. It is a timed 100m sprint where dogs can either chase the lure or do a recall to their owner. Times are averaged over 2 runs with the average speed being converted into points based on the height handicap. Points are accumulated and titles can be earnt. Dogs compete individually not against each other so its a great entry level sport that is all about fun. Dawnus has several dogs competing across the country in this great sport - the Field Spaniel Club is heavily involved in providing many events across the year.
